Policies

Registered attendees are expected to attend the entirety of this three-day certification training in order to qualify for Level 1 Certification and the 12 CE credit hours. Participants who do not attend the entirety of the three-day training will not be granted Level 1 Certification and will not be issued a CPI Level 1 certificate of completion.

Partial CE credits: In cases where participants attend one or two complete training days, they will only be given the total CE credits available for the attended training days.

Late Arrival: Attendees are allowed a maximum of 5-minute late arrival at the start of each training day. Participants who arrive later than this time limit will not qualify for certification and will lose all CE credits for the training day.

Early exit of any training day and session will also result in a forfeiture of certification and CE credits. Participants who are from out of town or who are international are expected to make travel accommodations that will allow for their complete attendance.

Refunds will not be given for attendees who fail to meet the attendance requirement.

The CPI Level 1 Certification entails potentially emotionally intense didactic work and clinical demonstrations. All attendees agree to manage and be responsible for their own mental health and well-being during and immediately after the training. Participants are expected to follow instructor guidelines to the best of their ability when they are engaging in any didactic group work and/or clinical demonstrations.
This certification training includes a significant amount of experiential work. Registered attendees are expected to participate in all portions of this training to the best of their ability. Attendees who choose to sit out from one or more portions of the training may be subject to a loss of their certification and CE credit hours.
ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with the law; please indicate your special needs upon registering at least 30 days prior to the event by sending an email to support@ce-go.com or by calling us at 888 498 5578.
